Shipping Insurance
We automatically cover all packages with shipping insurance, which protects against damage or loss. This will increase the cost of your shipment slightly, but we've found that our customers appreciate the extra protection.

Shipping times
Orders placed with Projects and Stuff ship within 1-3 business days. For "Same Day" orders received on business days by 11 AM Eastern Time, we make every attempt to ship that day. You can always check on the status of your order by logging into your account. When your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information, if applicable, and the order details. Weather may cause shipment delays, and we cannot be held responsible for delays once the order is delivered to the shipping service. Once your order is placed, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order, so please double-check prior to checking out. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to work with you if the order is not already being processed.

Shipping Options
Projects and Stuff uses both United Parcel Service (UPS) & United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping. While USPS is sometimes cheaper, we highly recommend UPS, as it provides better details for your shipment. When placing an order, please note that transit times quoted in out system do not include weekends, Federal holidays, weather delays, etc.

International Shipping Options
We offer the following International UPS Shipping Methods. All methods are ensured, and tracking is provided.
Saver - 1-3 Business Days
Express - 1-3 Business Days
Expedited - 2-5 Business Days

We offer the following International USPS Shipping Methods. International First Class does not include tracking, but International Express Mail does come with tracking. Both come with Insurance, though.
First Class - Untracked and may stay in customs for an extended period
Express - Tracked and expedited

We are unable and unwilling to falsify customs forms.
